Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meowting (the "Service"), a meeting transcription, translation, recording, and notes application operated by ATLO Corp. ("ATLO", "we", "us"), available at meowting.atlo.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

• The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business), billed monthly or annually in US dollars.
• Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial unless stated otherwise. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor acting as our reseller and Merchant of Record. The payment processor handles billing, payment methods, and applicable taxes. We do not store your card details.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Recording consent: you are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction before recording or transcribing meetings, calls, or other audio.
• You may not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent usage limits or security controls.

4. AI features

Transcription, translation, speaker labeling, summaries, and the in-meeting assistant are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as a complete or accurate record. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including a sign-in provider, third-party AI processing providers (for speech-to-text, translation, summaries, and the assistant), a cloud infrastructure provider (hosting and storage), and a third-party payment processor (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by ATLO. Content you create or upload (audio, transcripts, notes) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
