Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Meowting, operated by ATLO Corp. and billed through our third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record.

1. Free trial

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

2. Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. This applies to your initial purchase of a plan.

3. Renewals

Recurring renewal charges (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may grant refunds for renewals at our discretion or where required by law.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at support@atlo.ai with your account email and the charge in question. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. Buyers can also manage purchases and request help via the payment receipt they receive by email.
